| The contract period for English teachers is 1 year. Public school teachers work approximately eight hours per day, five days a week, excluding weekends and national Korean holidays. Private school teachers will have different schedules because they operate afterschool. If employees have to work more than the contracted hours, they will be compensated overtime hours according to their contract. |
